Blogger's Block this journal entry posted on September.09.2006 by AMPro So, once upon a while ago, some really malintentioned men and women conspired to aatract wealth to themselves by taking (mostly) poor women's babies and selling them to (mostly) afluent families. A long while ago it was more missionary/prostlytizing type work, but of late it's become a way to add 1.4 billion a year to the GDP. So they did this babysnatching maneuver on my lifemate, the wise and wonderful Heather, who is not --and never has been-- the type that could "just try to forget about it" or stand idly by and let it keep happening to others. Seems as though they touched off a war when they selected her as a victim. A conflict that will just continue to escalate until the misdeeds of the adoption industry are dragged into the light of day. In the meanwhile, their lawyer types and allies and the like have taken to gathering info on her and they seem to gather a fair amount from my blog and so that basically puts me in the mood not to write about my lovelife on my public blogs for the time being. Things are still going really well with everyone, but for now I'll probably place that stuff in private journals (books) rather than public. At the same time, the promotion at work has amounted to roughly the same deal. Now that I'm a management type, it probably wouldn't be the best career move I could make to keep advancing views that run contrary to management in general. And it's not like I have the time to blog on about work now that they've implanted this cellular phone on me anyway. So, that doesn't leave too many topics to blog about. I've been enjoying some late season gardening, but why would I spend time writing about that rather than getting outside and doing it? I've started a new website for my Rap adventures, I've been thinking of starting a performance blog on there. www.MyRapNameIsAlex.com So. I dunno. I think I'll be making websites and writing books a lot in the near future. I'll try to find some brief pithy little jewels of wisdom to share here and there. Maybe that'll be a fun time for a bit. Work for Peace, -Alex
